Welcome to the NEW Stewart Calculus Hints Podcasting experiment page
Podcasting is the newest way to share audio broadcasts via the internet. Contrary to its name, you do
not need an Apple iPod (or any portable mp3 player for that matter).
What you do need is a computer, an internet connection, and a software program that
will download all your new podcasts. See the bottom of the page for some helpful tips on gettings started.

What software do I need?
Technically, you do not need software to listen to a podcasts. There are already a few sites
out there that let you listen to podcasts by streaming them right on the website. But assuming you
want to download the podcast mp3 to a personal mp3 device or to your desktop, you will need
software. There are many out there. One of the most popular (on both Windows ond Mac platforms) is Apple iTunes.
Each software application is different. The basic instruction is to COPY/PASTE the podcast
link into your podcast software.
Please read the documentation for the player you are using.
We will not be able to answer any questions related to your own podcasting endeavors. We will only answer questions
related to problems with our podcasts or podcast feeds.
